Poonam holds a Bachelor of Science from Punjab University, India, and a Master of Science from Punjab Agricultural University, India. Her academic foundation in the sciences laid the groundwork for her work as a Scientific Researcher at Translational Bioscience Inc. in Sunnyvale, California, from 2015 to 2016, where she contributed to clinical research and genomic studies in a cutting-edge research lab.
Her creative journey began as a UI & Graphic Designer at Netcradle India from 1997 to 2001, where she honed her skills in user interface design, graphic design, and JavaScript, earning certifications in these fields. Poonam’s passion for holistic well-being led her to pursue a two-year Yoga Instruction Certification from Yoga International, completed in 2014. Since then, she has been a dedicated Certified Yoga Instructor, teaching adults and children in San Ramon and Danville, California, fostering mindfulness and wellness in her community.
